This new web-based application offers an accessible user experience at any time, without registration or installation, and is available in the KLHdesigner package at www.klhdesigner.at.
The KLHdesigner application statics2d is an intuitive web application that allows construction companies, architects, and engineers to quickly dimension KLH® - CLT ceilings, roofs, walls, and beams. The tool enables the determination of cutting forces, support forces, deformations, and vibrations, as well as the necessary verifications of two-dimensional systems according to Eurocode 5 and ETA-06/0138:2021. statics2d is available without registration in common browsers such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari.
Since early September, the KLH company homepage features the adapted component catalog, providing a more precise selection and a better user experience. It is divided into two main sections: a comprehensive collection of tested KLH® components and a new standard component catalog with the 32 most common components. The structure of the catalog includes overview tables, references to tested components, and detailed information on fire protection, thermal insulation, sound insulation, and ecological aspects.
