As a leading manufacturer of roof drainage systems, Zambelli continuously works on innovations and product improvements. At this year's DACH+HOLZ, the drainage specialists present interesting additions and updates to the Zambelli Master System product lines. With the quality seal of the Zambelli Compass Rose and the ease of installation through the 3-point connection, the Zambelli system is gaining increasing popularity. The Robust color system is also prominently showcased due to rising demand. This modern product line is primarily made from coil-coated steel band. The standard zinc-magnesium corrosion protection and the scratch- and color-resistant surface appearance make the system a broad advantage leader for roof drainage in modern construction. In addition, efficient solutions for storage at retail partners and craftspeople within the systemic approach are presented to trade visitors.

It provides a comparable level of protection to hot-dip galvanizing but imparts a more homogeneous surface appearance. In response to high demand, Zambelli has recently extensively expanded the sandwich panel product range and perfected digital consultation through the new Sandwich Panel Gutter Hook Configurator. With this online tool, interested individuals can plan their own sandwich panel gutter hook set step by step. The new online configurator is just one part of Zambelli's comprehensive digital services. Following the website's relaunch, users have access to extensive information on the functionality and installation of all key products. Additionally, there is a wide range of datasheets and technical information available for download.

In addition to presenting the popular portfolio, Zambelli also showcases some innovations. The Fascia Outlet creates a seamless connection between the facade, flat roof, and drainage pipe – an aesthetically pleasing and system-compatible solution. Furthermore, Zambelli introduces the new square Hopper, featuring a visually appealing and system-compatible connection between the baseplate and casing. The newly developed Box Gutter Connector addresses a significant gap in the box gutter segment. Completing the product range on sustainable rainwater usage, Zambelli presents the slim version of the Rainwater Collector.

 

RIB-ROOF Innovation – Sustainable metal lightweight construction 

In addition to showcasing the well-known RIB-ROOF metal roof systems with accessories and the Thermo-Z spacer profile, first introduced at DACH+HOLZ 2020, a trade fair highlight will be the Zambelli Siding Profile. The siding panels, available in various construction widths, are suitable for ventilated facades as a lightweight system, including start and end profiles. The brand-new roller clip complements and completes the RIB-ROOF fastening products, consisting of the standard sliding clip, alignment clip, and alignment profile. Unlike the proven sliding clip, this variant includes additional roller bearings to accommodate the expansion movements of the profile panels with minimized rolling friction.
