STEICO academy activity area

Essential to the concept of the STEICO activity area is that there are no programme points with fixed times. In the progress of the trade fair, different construction progresses are shown. During the trade fair, the demonstrations will always respond to specific questions from the visitors, thus providing real and immediate answers to challenges from the practical everyday work of processing. Here, as in the STEICO academy training programme, there is an opportunity to exchange experiences in direct conversation and to benefit from know-how and direct processing tips from the STEICO team.

The activity area extends the STEICO trade fair stand to include practical applications for visitors and rounds off the comprehensive range of information on the STEICO natural building system with wood fibre insulating materials, laminated veneer lumber STEICO LVL and STEICO GLVL, STEICOjoist as well as 1:1 models with illustrative detailed solutions for renovation and new construction.

The STEICO academy activity area celebrated its premiere at DACH+HOLZ International 2022 in Cologne, where it became a "crowd puller". At DACH+HOLZ 2024 in Stuttgart, the concept will be repeated: without a fixed programme, the STEICO team will continuously show work steps in detail. Cutting techniques, detailed solutions, bonding techniques and much more.

STEICO supports tradesmen and retailers with experience and specialist knowledge for everyday work. The STEICO academy bundles a range of training courses, which teach theoretical basics in equal measure, but also rely on the lively professional exchange with experts from STEICO technology department. They provide practical information on all aspects of planning and processing STEICO products and systems. Each training session aims to provide comprehensive answers to questions so that participants end up with knowledge and tools they need to implement their building project efficiently.
