The all-rounder now also for dark façades: SPAX façade screw

Visible and non-visible connection with SPAX façade screws: The trend towards natural building materials continues unabated. They are a constantly topical subject, especially for house façades. Wood provides these with an aesthetically appealing and ecologically sensible cladding.

Wooden façades are usually designed as so-called rear-ventilated façades. The visible profiled woods are screwed onto a substructure that is also predominantly made of wood. Which screw is best used for this depends not only on the profile shape of the woods and whether the fastening is visible or non-visible. The client's aesthetic requirements also play a role.

Recently, there has been a trend towards dark or black wooden cladding. SPAX is picking up on this trend with the new black BLAX façade screws.

The SPAX façade screw with partial thread and CUT-point is best suited for the universal installation of cladding boards. The arrow-shaped point enables the screw to be positioned precisely and at the same time reduces splitting of the wood. Thanks to the milling ribs, the decorative countersunk head enables clean countersinking into the wood surface. The SPAX façade screws with extra-small countersunk head are particularly suitable for partially non-visible screw fastening in the groove or through the tongue of façade profile boards.

All screws are anti-friction coated and offer a high level of corrosion protection as they are made from high-quality A2 stainless steel. The precision-fit T-STAR plus drive type ensures a secure fit of the SPAX bit and the best possible force transmission when screwing. The screws are ETA approved, have a CE marking and are Made in Germany.

The wide SPAX range also has a suitable solution for almost every façade.
