Description & Field of Application

• The Thermo Proof Wood Mini is a spaced mounting system for fastening light loads to timber frame construction buildings with 50-80 mm plaster base boards
• Iso Spacer prevents pressure from being applied to the façade
• When used with M10 installation threaded rod: Fastening of e.g. downpipe clips

• When used without installation threaded rod: Fastening of attachments with M6 threaded screws

• When used without installation threaded rod and Barracuda 5/25: Fastening of attachments with screws with Ø 3 - 4.5 mm

Processing & Installation

Installation

1. Pre-drill insulation Ø 14 mm x 50 mm
2. Pre-drill wood Ø 5 mm
3. Screw in Thermo Proof Wood
4. Seal wall connection with outdoor sealant

Fastening option A

• 6A. Screw in thread adapter
• 7A. Push on Flexi Cap
• 8A. Fasten pipe clip

Fastening option B

• 6B. Attach screw (M6) + fixture
• 7B. Tighten screw (M6)

Fastening option C

• 6C. Drive in Barracuda
• 7C. Fasten fixture with 3-5 mm chipboard screw
