Solution for lifting a module with an eccentric centre of gravity at 8 load-bearing attachment points in a vertical lift

❓Do you produce prefabricated wooden living space modules and need to attach and assemble them at eight points? Then we have the right solution for you!

Transport anchors for wooden components have low load-bearing capacities and may only be attached at an angle to a limited extent. When transporting and assembling the modules, it must therefore be ensured that all eight anchors are loaded evenly and attached as vertically as possible.

Furthermore, any eccentric centres of gravity must be balanced, especially in the longitudinal direction of the modules.

To lift such modules, we offer a solution with (from top to bottom, from crane hook):

A balancer: This allows a motor to be operated by remote control, which can be used to rotate the 2-strand chain. This allows the module to be rotated lengthwise while suspended in the air to compensate for any misalignment.

A modular spreader beam with two cross spreaders underneath: This is used to attach the 8 anchors and distribute the load evenly.

The centre of gravity was shifted in the transverse direction by shortening the length of the slings.

We offer further solutions for lifting modules:

A crane lifts a large rectangular prefabricated building module with red straps over scaffolding and trees to place it on a construction site under a cloudy sky.
