Large plywood range for almost every application

Ladenburger plywood (Duo/Trio) combines all structural and construction-relevant features in one product. The spruce Ladenburger plywood NSi LSH version is glued on the narrow or wide side depending on the dimensions and is available in variants for visible and non-visible areas. The wood product impresses with its attractive price/performance ratio and its industrial quality certified according to EN 14080:2013 (equalized and chamfered laminated beam timber), which confirms its high dimensional stability and low cracking. Variety of dimensions for design freedom: In addition to the standard dimensions from 60 mm to 180 mm x 80 to 240 mm and standard lengths of 5 m, 6.50 m, 8 m, 10.5 m and 13 m, the spruce Ladenburger plywood NSi LSH is also available in special lengths and cross-cut lengths; in certain dimensions, the Duo laminated beam timber is also available in larch/Douglas fir for the non-visible area.

For the highest demands in modern wood construction

Ladenburger's solid structural timber (KVH®) is a technically dried, strength-graded and solid wood product made from softwood. Due to its cut and low wood moisture content, it has little tendency to crack, is dimensionally stable and can be used without preventative chemical wood protection if the rules of structural wood protection are followed. Finger-jointed KVH® of strength class C24 is produced in accordance with the product standard DIN EN 15497:2014 (EN14081:2011; 4 m and 5 m un-jointed, equalized and chamfered). The individual sections are friction-locked together, the surface is leveled and chamfered on all sides. As with all Ladenburger timber products, the solid structural timber also impresses with its consistently high quality - guaranteed by continuous external and internal monitoring (Überwachungsgemeinschaft Konstruktionsvollholz e. V.). Here too, both the planner and the fabricator benefit from the wide variety of standard dimensions, which range from 30 mm to 180 mm x 60 mm to 180 mm in 9 standard lengths from 4 m to 13 m (special lengths on request). The KVH range is rounded off by the Allgäu block profile made of spruce NSi or larch/Douglas fir solid structural timber NSi.

A combination of function and aesthetics

With its natural appearance, glulam made of spruce from Ladenburger lends every room a feel-good ambience and is therefore the wood product for all areas of application in which load-bearing capacity, dimensional stability and aesthetics are paramount. In visible quality, the glulam is planed and chamfered on all sides, it is cosmetically treated and is therefore particularly suitable for interior fittings. This makes Ladenburg glulam the ideal building material for modern house construction.

It's not just about appearance or structural properties: With the ceiling elements from Ladenburger, the wood specialist based in Baden-Württemberg and Saxony demonstrates all its knowledge and experience built up over decades in the field of solid wood ceiling elements made of glulam, bringing a product for a healthy indoor climate into the home. The ceiling elements made of spruce can be supplied in visible or industrial quality. As with all products for structural timber construction, partners and customers of Ladenburger Holzwerke also benefit from a large selection of standard dimensions (element thickness from 80 mm - 280 mm) as well as special designs that offer maximum design freedom. On request, the SIGA Wetguard moisture protection can be applied at the factory.
